To add or remove a beneficiary :
- Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard or on the “Modify my contract” button on the top
- Choose “I want to modify my contract”
- Click on the “Next” button to go to the “Beneficiaries” part, or click directly on “Beneficiaries”
- Click on the “+” button below “Add/remove number of insured person” to add a beneficiary or click on the “-” button to remove one.
To change your policy and personal details :
- Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard or directly on the “Modify my contract” button at the top of the dashboard
- Choose “I want to modify my personal details” if you want to change your personal information or choose “I want to modify my contract” if you want to change your policy information
To access directly, please for modifying your contract or to adopt your personal data.
To make a request, click on the button “Make a Request” in the policy dashboard.
You will then be able to follow the process to make your request

To login the portal, you can click on the “login” button at the top on the right of the page or click on “Manage my contract”. Then, you will be able to follow the login process.

- Choose “I want to modify my personal details” if you want to change your personal information or choose “I want to modify my contract” if you want to change your policy information

You can see your policy status at the top of your policy dashboard, between the type of contract (Annual term or Short term) and the price per month. It indicates:
- Active policy (means your policy is effective)
- Cancelled policy (means your policy has been cancelled)
- Expired policy (means your policy is no longer within the insurance period)
Your policy dashboard is divided in three parts :
- General information where you can see the policy status and policy information
- “My policy” where you can modify or cancel your policy, see your personal and contact information (beneficiary and co-insured person) and see the policy details (trip details and covers)
- A preview of your policy documents
To modify your payment information :
- Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard
- Choose “I want to modify my personal details”
- Click on the “Next” button to go to the payment information part, or click directly on the “Payment information”
- Modify your payment information accordingly
To add or remove a beneficiary :
- Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard or on the “Modify my contract” button on the top
- Choose “I want to modify my contract”
- Click on the “Next” button to go to the “Beneficiaries” part, or click directly on “Beneficiaries”
- Click on the “+” button below “Add/remove number of insured person” to add a beneficiary or click on the “-” button to remove one.
To cancel your policy because your trip has been cancelled :
- Click on the “Cancel” button just on the right in the dashboard
- Write a comment and if you want, add an attachment
- Click on “Yes” and on “Yes I confirm my choice”
Your cancellation request will be sent to an agent.
To not renew your annual contract :
- Click on “Cancel” button just on the right in the dashboard
- Write a comment and click on the “At Renewal” button
- Fill-in the form and follow the steps to send your renewal request to an agent

To cancel your policy :
- Click on the “Cancel” button just on the right in the dashboard
- Write a comment and click on the “From now” button
- Fill-in the form and follow the steps to send your renewal request to an agent

All your documents are available at the bottom of the page in the “Policy Documents” section or go on “My documents” at the top right of the page.
If the document you need is not available in the “Policy Documents” section on the bottom of the main page, you can request it :
- Click on the “Make a request” button
- Select the “I need a document” option
To file a claim, click on “My claims” at the top of the page or click on the “Go to the Claim portal” button at the bottom of the main page.
