To modify your policy :

  • Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard or directly on the “Modify my contract” button at the top of the dashboard
  • Choose “I want to modify my contract”
  • Follow the process to modify your policy details

To cancel or revoke your policy, you can go on your policy dashboard and click on the “cancel”

button. Then you will be able to follow the cancellation process.

To add or remove a beneficiary :

  • Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard or on the “Modify my contract” button on the top
  • Choose “I want to modify my contract”
  • Click on the “Next” button to go to the “Beneficiaries” part, or click directly on “Beneficiaries”
  • Click on the “+” button below “Add/remove number of insured person” to add a beneficiary or click on the “-” button to remove one.

General questions
To change the language of the portal, you can click on the world logo followed by two letters on the top of the page and choose another language.

To login the portal, you can click on the “login” button at the top on the right of the page or click on “Manage my contract”. Then, you will be able to follow the login process.

Policy & personal details
To view your personal information, you can go on your policy dashboard, in the first section “Personal information” by clicking on “My travel policies”
  • To change your policy and personal details :
  • Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard or directly on the “Modify my contract” button at the top of the dashboard
  • Choose “I want to modify my personal details” if you want to change your personal information or choose “I want to modify my contract” if you want to change your policy information

To view and download your documents, you can go at the bottom of your policy dashboard in the section policy documents. There, you have to click on the download logo just on the right of the section, next to the date.

You can see your policy status at the top of your policy dashboard, between the type of contract (Annual term or Short term) and the price per month. It indicates:

  • Active policy (means your policy is effective)
  • Cancelled policy (means your policy has been cancelled)
  • Expired policy (means your policy is no longer within the insurance period)
You can see the co-insured person’s information in your policy dashboard, in the section “Personal and contact information”, below “Beneficiary” part : “Co-insured person”

Your policy dashboard is divided in three parts :

  1. General information where you can see the policy status and policy information
  2. “My policy” where you can modify or cancel your policy, see your personal and contact information (beneficiary and co-insured person) and see the policy details (trip details and covers)
  3. A preview of your policy documents
Modification

To modify your policy :

  • Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard or directly on the “Modify my contract” button at the top of the dashboard
  • Choose “I want to modify my contract”
  • Follow the process to modify your policy details

To modify your personal details :

  • Click on “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard
  • Choose “i want to modify my personal details”
  • Follow the process to modify your personal details

To modify your payment information :

  • Click on the “Modify” button just on the right in the dashboard
  • Choose “I want to modify my personal details”
  • Click on the “Next” button to go to the payment information part, or click directly on the “Payment information”
  • Modify your payment information accordingly

To modify your trip dates :

  • Click on the “Modify” button just on the right  in the dashboard or on the “Modify my contract” button at the top
  • Choose “I want to modify my contract”
  • You are in “Trip information”, you can now change your trip dates accordingly

Cancellation

To cancel or revoke your policy, you can go on your policy dashboard and click on the “cancel” button. Then you will be able to follow the cancellation process.

You have 14 days from the purchase date of your contract to use your revocation rights. 

To cancel your policy because your trip has been cancelled :

  • Click on the “Cancel” button just on the right in the dashboard
  • Write a comment and if you want, add an attachment
  • Click on “Yes” and on “Yes I confirm my choice”

Your cancellation request will be sent to an agent.

To not renew your annual contract :

  • Click on “Cancel” button just on the right in the dashboard
  • Write a comment and click on the “At Renewal” button
  • Fill-in the form and follow the steps to send your renewal request to an agent

Documents

All your documents are available at the bottom of the page in the “Policy Documents” section or go on “My documents” at the top right of the page.

If the document you need is not available in the “Policy Documents” section on the bottom of the main page, you can request it :

  • Click on the “Make a request” button
  • Select the “I need a document” option
